Freedom! | Kansas City

Yesterday we celebrated our country's independence. Usually I see lots of photographers shooting those amazing firework images. Not me. But not because I didn't want to or don't know how. I actually haven't photographed proper fireworks in quite a few years. I always somehow forget my tripod. D'oh. It's okay though. I'm perfectly content on taking lifestyle shots. These are, in my opinion, the best representation of freedom. Uninhibition and innocence in its truest form. My favorite images are the ones where the subjects are free and natural. No posing, just uninhibited.
